The Lord High Chancellor today signed into Gabon law an acceptance of Varkonia’s new civil service law, at a gathering attended by the Vice Chancellor, clergy members and esteemed citizens.

Shortly after the Varkonian senate met to pass laws this evening, the Gabon council met to adopt the civil service law in Gabon.

This law allows Gabon to benefit from funding provided by Varkonia in national construction projects.

Departments will advertise jobs to citizens, provide them tools and pay them a minimum wage of two emeralds an hour.

Construction works to begin sooner rather than later, including more infrastructure

“No more standing around,” says Gobblin, the Vice Chancellor.

“It’s time to get the canal done, and it’s time to get it done now.”

The Lord High Chancellor also has thoughts on what Gabon will do with the funding it receives from Varkonia.

“I would love to see the construction of more roadways in the wilderness,” said BritishWanderer.

“Newfriends keep spawning in the wilderness and it’s always discouraging to them.

“With roads they would have safe, easy routes to follow straight to Salisbury — encouraging more people to join and supporting more tourism if anyone happens to be taking a hiking trip.”

The Gazette understands that the Vice Chancellor, Gobblin, is expected to be appointed by Varkonia as the head of the civil service.
