Bloom will store its pearls in Varkonia. (Unsplash)Criminals from Bloom will be stored in the Varkonia vault, using a historic deal signed today by the Prime Minister of Bloom and the Red Duke of Varkonia.
According to the treaty, pearls will remain the property of Bloom and will be treated as if they are contained in the territory of Bloom.
Varkonia retains a discretion to refuse to accept a pearl from Bloom for any reason.
Who will provide fuel for the pearls is to be seen, as it is not dealt with by the treaty. But it is clear that Varkonia will need to actually carry out the act of refueling, as Bloom officials will not be granted permission to access the vault under the deal.
Instead, Bloom will need to request access to certain pearls which will be delivered up by Varkonia.
The deal furthers the relationship between Bloom and Varkonia. Previously, Bloom ratified a treaty of friendship and alliance with Gabon, which is a protectorate of Varkonia, when Gabon was still independent.
